Is divorce messing up my kids? Can the trauma of divorce on our children be avoided?
This may be the top question in all of our minds as we begin our divorce journeys. We want to shield them, protect them, and find a way to make it through so that they remain unscathed, and, if we’re being honest with ourselves, that’s the goal of all parents – divorced AND married.
This is why I invited Professor and Author of “Conscious Parenting of Your Toddler,” Mihaela Plugarasu on for a candid chat about “messing up our kids.” Having lived through a tumultuous divorce herself, and working through the effects of it on her own child, there is no better resource for this topic!
