That’s called toxic positivity, Toxic positivity involves dismissing negative emotions and responding to distress with false reassurances rather than empathy. It comes from feeling uncomfortable with negative emotions
But there’s no place for that in divorce. You are entitled to your feelings after divorce, because as we’ve all learned, you need to feel them to heal them.
